Free visits in this market are paid for by the install contract — which is why that advice can't say "don't do this project." Mine is paid for by you, for the advice itself, rather than a downstream service.

Wilder doesn't currently offer full custom landscape or planting design — when that's what your yard needs, I'll recommend a local designer or design-build team, and tell you honestly if you're not ready for one yet.

Wilder does not install plants, but I can recommend an installer for you to hire if that’s something you need. Clients contract directly with the installer.

The Yard Planting Refresh is a landscape edit designed for just this situation! You keep the plants you love, and I recommend natives within the existing structure of your garden. (Note that I almost always recommend removing species classified as invasive exotics.)

I work with the existing plants in your yard, whether they are native or nonnative. I strongly recommend native plants for new plantings, and can discuss the pros and cons of specific nonnative plants and whether there might be a native alternative that you like.

Once you book a Yard Strategy Session with Wilder, you’re eligible to book Follow-Up Calls and Visits or Project Support any time you need support with your yard.
